How to Write a Birthday Invitation in English

At A1 level, your birthday invitation will use short, clear sentences. You will practise writing important details like the date, time, and place of the party.
Essential Writing Rules and Sentence Structure

3. Basic Punctuation
- Use a full stop (.) at the end of every statement sentence: The party is on Friday.
- Use a question mark (?) at the end of a question: Can you come?
- Use a comma (,) to separate items in a list: We will have cake, pizza, and juice.
- Use an exclamation mark (!) when you are excited: It is my birthday!
